(1) While proceeding and settling the cases under this Act, the Tribunal and the Appellate Tribunal may determine their own procedures in accordance with this Act or the rules made under this Act. According to the prevailing law, the court shall have the right to issue, summon plaintiff, defendant, witness, take oath, take a statement, understand evidence and necessary documents or details, file documents, impose a bond and impose punishment.
